According to this scheme a member can avail an amount up to 10,00,000/- for a period of 180 months for his/her House Renovation Purpose. This amount can be 40 times of the net salary, upto 5 Lakhs  with 1 surety and upto 10 Lakhs with 2 sureties. Loan can be availed with 2% share of loan amount and 80 times of the net salary of the sureties (up to 20,00,000).For this loan, an interest of 9.50% & 10.50% according to the loan amount is applicable. One member can avail only one loan and be surety for 2 loan applicants.
