1. Silver Jubilee Memmorial Award

For remembrance of the silver jubilee celebrations, a special award is introduced  from  2004 to the most popular  Employee  selected from the Co-op. institutions  of Meenachil Taluk. This award carries a reward of Rs.5000/- and Memento.  An Award deciding panel consisting of famous Co-operators, select the winner from the employees based on the received biodata. They are selected on the basis of the services rendered to their own institutions, the activities connected with other Co-operative sectors and acknowledgements received from the field of Co-operative sector.
 
2. Educational encouragement award

The students who are the children of Co-operative Employees and who scores highest marks and grades in their respective classes will be given this award.

3. Best Co-operator Award (M.A. Augusty Endowment Award)

This award for the best Co-operator from the Co-operative Societies in Meenachil  Taluk is instituted by Sri. M.A.Augusty, who is one of our society’s  starting member and former secretary of Pala Marketing Co-operative Society. For the same purpose, he has deposited an amount Rs.50000/- as endowment. The interest from this amount will be utilized for giving this award.Every year   a Co-operator from the Co-operative  institutions in Meenachil Taluk, will be  selected by the  board members of our society.
