A member can avail a max. of  25 lakhs on the surety of his/her salary certificate and  surety of the house constructing by the loan / extending house  and the land including the house. This loan can up to 80 times the net monthly salary and for 2% share amount to a period of 180 months. This loan is given only for constructing a new house, buying a land with house or for the extension of an existing house. For this loan, an interest of 9.50% to 10% is applicable according to the loan amount. The repayment can be made by monthly installments with interest for the outstanding amount.
