For the professional or higher studies of the children of the members, an Educational loan up to 10 Lakhs is given with the surety of 2 members. This can be calculated to 40 times the net monthly salary of the loan applicant with 2% of the share amount (up to 10,00,000) or to a maximum of 20 lakhs and 80 times the net monthly salary of the surety with out consideration of the share proportion. The repayment can be made  in 120 months as monthly installments, 5 years after the first installment of the loan or after one year of the completion of the course- whichever comes first. This loan can be availed for an interest of 11%.
